深圳液壓打包機使用說明：
本廠重型液壓打包機使用68#液壓油，連接電源三相380V，額定電流為40A，安裝時要有接地保護，電機要根據所示方向運轉才能啟用，否則不能啟動。油箱加入液壓油方可啟動使用。但當氣溫降低時液壓油濃度大，機內的濾清器不能起到過濾作用，這時必須將濾清器拆出，待溫度恢復后，方可生新安裝使用。（注：濾清器應每月清洗1-2次）。
       溢流筏-控制該機的壓力開關,旋轉調壓手轉向右轉為增壓，向左轉為減壓，出廠前已調整好壓力。但在使用過程中調壓手輪可能有變位現象，導致壓力升高或降低，這時需要生新調節壓力，調壓時應在運轉中進行，同時把壓板降至*低位置，調整溢流筏的調壓手輪，調整壓力不能高于或低于壓力表所示的范圍，壓力的OMPA（100KG/1cm2）。旁桿-增強壓的剛性和起導向作用，每次使用前應加油，起潤滑作用。
      行程開關-控制該機的啟動和停止的作用，因此要經常檢查、維修、保養。手動轉向閥-控制壓板向上向下，停止的開關。
      1、手動轉向閥打向下檔位時壓板自動向下工作，當廢紙壓到結實狀態時，那阻力大于壓力：壓板不能再向下壓，應把手動轉向閥打向空檔位置，停止加壓，如果長期處于加壓狀態，會導致液壓，電機、油泵長時間處于超負荷狀態而使各機件損壞。
     2、手動轉向閥打向升檔位置，壓板自動向上升到*高的位置，由行程開關控制自停，這時應把手動轉向空檔位置。完成一個工作程序
